BOGOTA IS NOT TROPICAL!!!

We just saw some foreigners walking around in Bogota wearing shorts, t-shirts and slippers!! Ok, some times it gets kind of warm, but we are not at the coast and if you come please bring long pants, dress-shirts, sweaters and possibly even a light jacket. I don’t think I have ever seen a local wearing shorts in the city! hahaha

The picture is not too clear by the way, as we noticed them too late and we did not want to stop right in their face and take a pic:

For your info:

BOGOTA 4 70 N, 74 13 W, 8359 feet (2548 meters) above sea level.
